First the slide is leveled on its side and indicated. If a slide has a low spot in the middle that is too great, the sections before and after the ejection port will be done separately. Next, a flat approximately .300 thousandths wide is machined on the top of the slide and serrations, usually around 40LPI are machined in various patterns. Our basic flat top and serration is $175.
